USATF Dakotas X-Country--Watch here for more info soon!
The USATF Dakotas X-Country Championships will be held on November 1st, 2008. These championships will be run at Lee Park Golf Course in Aberdeen, SD. Registration information will be available on this home page soon.The date for the 2009 USATF Dakotas Junior Olympics Championships will be Saturday, June 13, 2009. The venue will be the Swisher Complex at Central High School in Aberdeen, SD. Additional information will be posted on this site as it becomes available.

Kessler's Run
5 mile run around beautiful Aberdeen – 2 routes, one to the north and one to the south. This is the day we run fartleks, come along and join in the fun! If 5 miles is too far, there are several short cuts available.
