The USATF DAKOTAS Junior Olympics Track & Field Championships will be run at Swisher Complex at Aberdeen Central High School on June 11th and 12th 2010. The Combined events will be on Friday and conclude on Saturday am, and then the Track & Field events will be on Saturday. If you have questions about what the 'combined' events are, please email questions to gaylanlang@abe.midco.net
On November 6th, the USATF DAKOTAS Junior Olympics X-Country Championships will again be run at Lee Park Golf Course in Aberdeen.

Group Runs
5 mile run around beautiful Aberdeen – 2 routes, one to the north and one to the south. Pace varies, usually 8:00 to 8:30 per mile.
Tuesday, February 9, 6:00 AM
We do 5 mile laps throughout beautiful Aberdeen – start at 5:15 am or 6 am when the early starters have completed the 1st 5 mile lap. If 5 miles is too far, there are several short cuts available. Pace varies and we invite runners of all ability levels. No one is left behind. We can run with anyone unless you run faster than we can.
